Refund Policy

We aim to act fairly, transparently, and in line with consumer protection law.

A full refund will be issued where:

We are informed by email
Notification is received within five (5) working days of the scheduled appointment
The assessment has not yet taken place

Once an assessment has been partially or fully delivered, fees are non-refundable.

Failure to attend without notice will normally result in no refund.
