Refund Policy

8.1 General Principles

We aim to act fairly, transparently, and in line with consumer protection law.

8.2 Full Refund

A full refund will be issued where:

  1. We are informed by email
  2. Notification is received within five (5) working days of the scheduled appointment
  3. The assessment has not yet taken place

8.3 Non-Refundable Services

Once an assessment has been partially or fully delivered, fees are non-refundable.

8.4 Missed Appointments

Failure to attend without notice will normally result in no refund.

8.5 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling may be considered where:

  1. Technical failures occur on our side
  2. Clinician unavailability
  3. Exceptional compassionate circumstances
